SHIPPING POLICY — Insignia Collections
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, please allow the following delivery timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: 2–3 weeks from order date
- Express Shipping: 10–14 business days from order date
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
Free Shipping Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $100 AUD.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Domestic Shipping We currently ship to Australian addresses. International shipping to New Zealand, Canada, and the United Kingdom is coming soon.
Customs & Duties As our products are shipped from overseas suppliers, your order may be subject to customs inspection. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
